PAR Volunteers Head to Milton, Florida, After Hurricane Isaias
Tuesday morning, October 13, 2026, four PAR volunteers—Mike, Danny, Doug, and Jason—headed to Milton, Florida, to help families recover from Hurricane Isaias. They’re the first wave, with more volunteers scheduled to follow over the next several days.
When the hurricane made landfall last Friday night, October 9, no one could predict exactly which homes would take a direct hit, which trees would crash onto roofs, or which families would suddenly find their lives turned upside down.
Now we know.
And now we can show up to help.
PAR volunteers are ready to respond in Florida
We’re grateful for the PAR volunteers who can go.
But we're also grateful for:
Volunteers behind the scenes who maintain tools and equipment before the trip
Donors who give money to make these trips possible
Those who follow along with prayers and encouragement
Each of you plays a part in this work.
Your support makes a real difference in the lives of families in the days and weeks ahead.
